The hotel had great customer service, with responsible and respectful staff. The Japanese elements in the hotel, such as the updated toilet and Pola brand toiletries, were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was decent and filling. Additionally, the hotel's location was close to a bus station and offered free parking.
Could not be improved in any way.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was located right by the bus station. It was very easy to get around and explore the area. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. the breakfast was decent and offered both Chinese and Western options.
The air conditioning was not working properly and the room was too hot.

During my Easter break, I stayed in a hotel that offered two great amenities: free bike rental and a convenient location near key attractions. the hotel's surroundings were easy to navigate, and I enjoyed walking around, but the bikes made my exploring more enjoyable and efficient. Another advantage was the speedy check-in process that allowed me to quickly settle into my room and start my vacation.
After settling in, there were a few things that I didn't like about the accommodation. the room was shabby and dated.

Loved the spacious room with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with public transportation and restaurants just a few minutes away. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious, offering both local and international dishes to satisfy everyone's cravings.
The hotel's facilities were quite outdated and could use some renovation. the air conditioning in the room was blowing directly at the beds, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
